Anyone know rules on AML/OML and holiday allowance in UK?

I will be starting OML May 2008 and will not go back to work until May 2009 after AML. How does holiday entitlement work? I get 23 days per year and bank holidays are also paid in addition to those days. Do i take all 23 days before i start AML or do i only get a percentage. This is so confusing. Surely there is a site with a calculator where you can work out what you are entitled to. ↓
