My friend is breastfeeding her 3 week old baby girl. They are going to dinner to a sushi restaraunt tonight, and she was wondering if she could have sushi that has raw fish in it. I told her that I wasnt sure, but I was hoping someone in here might know. :) I only breastfed my son till he was 3 months, so I have no clue. Thanks Ladies... ↓

yes, she can have sushi in moderation. AAP advice nursing mom to limit their intake on certain fish that might contain mercury such as tuna, swordfish, sharks, etc ↑
