I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now with no luck. I am an avid gym goer and also do weight training. Sometimes I can overdo it. Can strenuous exercise make getting pregnant more difficult and/or cause miscarriages?
I'm not sure, but I think I also miscarriaged. I had missed my period and thought for sure I was pregnant and then one night I had very strong abdominals pains, but no bleeding at first. A day later, I started my period but it was darker and heavier than usual and had clots. It lasted a lot longer than a regular period too.
Do anybody have any advise on what to do about the exercising? ↓
