| Clomid Success stories June/July 08 |
Question: yea I am pregnant a bit under 4 weeks I think 3 weeks
and 5 days today my hcg yesterday was 186 my cervix was still closed at my appointment today I am gonna try to get a beta done today I should have the results i a few days ?

| Answer: Hi everyone! WOW Where is everyone? Today is cd 15, opk still neg. By looking at my temp chart it looks as though I may have O'd on cd 13 but not sure. We did BD on cd 12 and cd 14 so I guess thats good if I did O early. Only time will tell right. I had ewcm yesterday and today which by my pattern means I might not O until cd 18 since I seem to have it four days before O. Weird I know. **Fatz** DH is back on board so we will resume "trying" for this month. YAY. I think we bd too much last month. I was like wake up come home whatever every 24-36 hours lol. THis time we have only bding every 36-48 hours. So I am feeling better about this cycle then the last plus clomid is good and in my system. So lets hope Schar has started a trend for Donna, Kimmer, HOPING, Fatz, ME and everyone else. Soon right? **Donna** I wouldn't worry about no + yet.... last time I took clomid days 5-9 and didn't ovulate until cd 19....this time days 5-9 and ovulated cd 16....I think there are so many other factors! I feel like we haven't heard from you in a while... **Mama*** Yeah, before DH's low sperm count, we used to BD like every day for 10 days straight... DH used to complain that his winky hurt :). | Answer: all they told me at the appointment today was my cervix was closed and they ordered lab tests which I just got drawn here at work and I am hoping my hcg has tripled!!! I will find out in a few hours pray for me please! = |

| Answer: schar, that cramping is probably from your cervix closing. when i had a d&c all my cramping was from my cervix closing back to normal. just make sure they keep monitoring your progesterone to make sure it doesn't dip so you can take supplements if you need to. 19w3d today for me and i just wanna sleeeeep! = |
| Answer: Thanks all!!! The provera didn't hurt anything my temps have been jumping alot 98-99.6 during the day I take crinone gel for progesterone and it costs me 240 dollars for a 9 day supply OMG!!! Well I am trying to find other means of help trying walmarts plan gonna lie about my income though 800 a month for one prescription is sooooo crazy! Well just a bit more cramping had to call off work for a few days it hurts to walk much feels like pain in my cervix like it's swollen my doc said it looks fine just doesn't feel fine my uterus it tipped so that may be why and my cervix is filling with blood or something I just can't bare to lose this baby I did buy some baby clothes today just makes me feel better I guess. My next appointment is Wed. and then on Tues late night a friend of mine in the lab is gonna run another beta. I forgot to say that on my ultrasound my cyst on my right use to 6cm is now 2cm, but a new one on my left is 3.5 they think it's ruptured and on my u/s report it said 1.1cm cyst in culdesac which I guess thats in my uterus I don't know if that can cause a positive hcg or not but my levels were good also would it harm the baby with it being in my uterus hope not good look girls and baby dust to u! = |

| Answer: OMG!!!! My HCG went from 283 to 607 in 40 hours thats more than doubling!!! I AM SO HAPPY!!!!! I have an ultrasound on July 8th!!!! I am not sure how far along I am quite yet so maybe then 5 weeks 2 or 4 days my hcg should be over 10,000 by then good luck girls and baby dust to all of u I think I am due March 5th my 6th anniversary or March 7th! = |

| Answer: hey all OMG SCHAR! you are due almost the same day as me, i am due march 6th! lots of baby dust to all! krissie how are you? kaz good luck! anyone who i missed lots of baby dust! as for me, cd 28, 7 dpo, i am feeling quite funny though, this morning i felt fine when i went downstairs, then i ate something, and wanted to vomit all out! ( sorry tmi) i managed to lie down ( with 3 kids around it isn't easy to lie down, trust me!) but got some rest, and felt alot better later. i do feel a bit crampy though, i tested again this morning, still very faint though, but just 7dpo, so still have a week! mama4, i know how you feel! my dd (#1) went from junior infants ( first class in primary school) to senior infants! ( second class etc!) when i picked her up yesterday from school, yesterday was the last day you know, i almost cried there! my little baby girl is growing so fast, i can remember the day they put her in my arms for the first time, and look where she is now! anyway i will keep you guys updated, good luck all! = |

| Answer: well I hav had constipation for a few days and dizziness lots of it also tired this is prob from the progesterone , but today I am getting lower back pain and some cramps mild with bloting and I'm a bit worried about all the cramps/ back pain getting my hcg checked mon or tues just nervous
I am kinda worried about no nause cause I had it beforeand breast pain so we'll see I am not sure about my due date just guessing

| Answer: cramps are normal as long as there's not red blood along with it. you can have cramps all through your first trimester. it's probably your cervix closing up tight. you'll feel cramping when it does. and the lower back pain is normal and if you're taking progesterone supplements, then that's what it is. i had those exact pains when i was on them. boobie pains came and went and i had more nausea from the progesterone than the morning sickness i think lol. = |
| Answer: no the cramping was from the excess iron in my prenatals that my body had a hard time breaking down and caused me not to be able to go for 4 days I had cramps everywhere they were worse then any period I am taking otc ones there just as good anyway = |

| Answer: Well seems everyone is doing. Schar girl you are gonna be ok. I am so happy for you. So can I test yet 7 dpo. The digital test says that I have to wait 5 days before AF, but is there is chance I can test earlier? I have 11 days (counting today) til AF is supposed to be here. I am not for sure that I can go another 5 not knowing. My stomach has been really crampy though. So dunno if that means af, clomid, or implantation maybe. Last night It hurt sooooooo bad. Yesterday at church I found out that Dh is one brother is having a baby, His one sister gave birth this weekend. Then his other sis (which I already knew) is going to have a baby is Jan. | Answer: hey mama4, i used the internet cheapies, i bought them of from ebay.ie, the company is based in the uk, called fertilityplan, they are highly sensitive, 10mlU, but i know many of you don't know that i live in ireland, thats why the times i post are funny times against yours. anyway, i know it was so painfull, but today i tested again, it was bfn :(, i think i must have been evaporationline syndrome, i can look at the lines, and if i look at them still i can see them, but they are like a reflection, or shadow, i don't think that is normal, isn't it? anyway, i know it is still way to early, if everything is correct, i am now 8 or 9 dpo, so i still have until sunday, please pray for me girls, i just want this last baby, then i am finnished, i have had 3 c-sections, so this will be my last pregnancy, i really hoped for twins ( well still hoping!) but i just want a healthy bean right now, best of luck to all of you and good night! Fatz - Hey girl well today I am 11dpo and I didn't test today I am going to wait until tomorrow only if my temp go back up yesterday it was 98.97 and today it drop to 98.72. Does this mean anything? | Answer: Hi ladies!! I just got back yesterday (we stayed an extra day) from my family's home on the river. It was so wonderful. I am 3 or 4 dpo. I don't know b/c I really have not been keeping up with temping. DH and I are trying to lessen the pressure, so on a whim we took off to the river with two friends. I needed the break so bad. Tomorrow we're leaving again to visit DH's grandparents 3 hours away. We'll be back on Friday and I don't know if I'll get to post while I'm there or not. **Schar** I was so happy to see your climbing numbers when I signed on today. What a joy. You deserve it. Congrats again. **Krissy** How are you sweety? The drop in temp doesn't really mean anything unless you know your coverline. I use fertilityfriend.com to chart my bbt and it will calculate everything for you including your coverline. However I would not worry about just one temp it means nothing. **Fatz** The days are flying by girl. July is here and just alittle over two weeks wil be your day. I bet BDing is so much better without the pressure. Hope you are well!! **Mama4** Hey girl how are you? I would wait to test. And, rising hcg is an awesome sign. schar - I still don't have very strong pregnancy symptoms...I was really tired, slightly constipated at times, and my breats are still a little sore, but they haven't grown. I'll be 12 weeks on Sat. yay!! | Answer: Hi Ladies!! Just popped on to say hi and see more BFP and see my old friends. so happy to see more good news. Things are going good here, with me.... i guess, its the way you look at it i guess. Im going through Chemo, 3 rounds total. My oncologist said that next to the little tumor in my cervix some of the blood vessels were showing signs of the 'clear cell', so for safety sake we are doing just 3 rounds to make sure it didnt get into my blood stream and do more damage. On a lighter note (but still somber) i was just at a family party and one of my cousins shows up very pregnant. I was shocked cause usually i hear about these things through the grape vine.... Well, i guess they were keeping it a secret from me because she is pregnant with twins and shes due the same week i would have been in Nov.. So needles to say, i was shocked.... happy for her cause it was through IVF, but still very shocked. I had to try my hardest to fight back the tears when she was telling me. I felt like a total looser sitting there with my big floppy hat cause my hair is falling out. It was a low moment for me for sure.... even through everything ive been through... that was a emotional roller coaster. OK--- i didnt meant to be depressing.... just giving my honest feeling. ON a happy note, im greatfull to have my family and two beautiful healthy rambunctious boys. No matter what life throws at you--- youve got to keep your head up and be greatfull for what youve got. I missed ttc'ing with you all dearly. I still think about you guys often.... and will return to see babies being conceived and born!!! and hello to my old cycle buddies..... hoping and DJ-- where have you been DJ??? And for those of you who mentioned it.... yes, maybe adoption in the future-- but i think we need to get past this hurdle first. 2 kids is a handfull.... just not sure if im ready to stop yet:-) BABY DUST to all and Happy pregnancies to all the BFPers and to all the new babies being born.... know that you are loved cause we tried very hard to get you here!!! = |
| Answer: donnams83 - Hi and thank you for the encouraging words but I think I will be out of the running today is cd 25 12dpo and my temp went from 98.72 to 98.62 and I took another test and it was neg. I do use the fertility friend and I think my coverline is 98.20 does this means anything cause I am so confused. I will keep you updated.

We have all been ttc for different ranges of time-- some of us, like CJ Fatz and I , are kind of old timers, but we love new additions, and being on clomid at the time is not a pre-req...promise!! :-). Temp dropped this am from 97.9 to 97.6. Kind of confirms af is on the way. I have not tested this cycle... I vowed I wasn't going to test until Monday, which would be when af was officially one day late... so I guess we'll just see what happens. I'm really getting frustrated ladies... with dh's low sperm count we keep getting conflicting advice--some to BD eveyr other day, some to BD every 3 days, some to only BD right at ovulation.... I don't know... clomid is really really drying out my cm, too. even with mucinex. I don't knoww hat to do .... frustrating!! Anyway--on a happier note--enjoy your long weekend ladies!! = |

| Answer: hey girls, well it wasn't it again for me i guess, i don't know what is going on again, af was not due to show until sunday or monday, i am 11 dpo, and started spotting today, brown, it is quite heavy for implantation i guess, but i don't understand??? cd 32 now, i am so frustrated. it has been 1 year now, 3 kiddo's be4, conceived all of them in less than 3 months. i cried a bit but then again, i am so tired of the whole thing. i am going to give up, i just can't take it anymore, i will try to lose some weight, and then maybe from september will try again. i hope the bleeding stops, but if it isn't i guess i wasn't meant to have 4 kids. sarah35 i am sorry to read your story, i can't immagine how you felt seeing your cousin pregnant with twins, but hopefully the chemo will work out for you, and enjoy the time you have with your boys. my thoughts and prayers are with you. god bless you all, esmeralda = |

Have Preseed i used it and it worked for me.. Or you can take premarin which is estrogen which helps with CM.. I use to take it from CD 9-16..... or until you ovulate.. Premarin 1.25mg...And dont stress.. Im holding thumbs for you.. Make this work sweetie... I need to hear another BFP... Dont listen too, too many.. BD every other day.. Thats fine.. | Answer: Well hello ladies I am just popping in today to update you all i went in for my ER and she retrived 8 eggs so about 2 hours after me and DH left the clinic we get a call that they will have to so ICSI on all eggs because my DH sample was low so I was upset but today i get a call that all 8 fertilze so instead of doing 3 day we are going to do a 5 day if they are still doing well by tomorrow! I tell you IVF is so stressful so please keep us in prayer I am really hoping that this is it for me and DH its been a long journey. Schar congads on BFP. | Answer: Hey guys just did an ultrasound I am about 5 weeks and we seen a 6mm gest sac and yolk that was forming so I am doing well I did the ultrasound early cause back pain . | Answer: hey gals i am back, i just went to see my doc, and also the bleeding stopped, it was brown, i dont' know how many times i went to the toilet, but not a drop of blood at all, doc thinks it might be implantation, and told me to come back on monday, to do hcg test, that's the day af i due, so i just can pray now, he said if i am not pg, then they will do some more investigation into why, but he's not eager to, because i had a m/c before, and he said that because of that my gynea might not do anything, untill a year has passed after my last m/c. i just hope that it is implantation, because it is kinda weird to see af arrive 11 dpo, i did have implantation bleeding on my last ds, i was about 8 dpo then, about a week be4 af was due, it is just so difficult because i didn't have regular cycles be4, and schar, great that your u/s went good! i am so happy for you, take care all = |
| Answer: schar - Thanks for the support. Well I took another hpt this morning and just like I knew before taking it was NEG, my temp went down some more it is now at 98.39 I check my cover line and it is 98.20 so I am still above the cover line I guess that is a good thing. I went ahead and got my meds for next cycle the clomid/estrodoil/proceive 8% get (prog gel) that was the only med I didn't take this cycle cause I couldn't afford it. I will give you a update.
Hoping 1 - I totally feel your pain we are in the same boat I am on cd 26, 13 dpo and my temp is now down from 98.62 to 98.39 my cover line is 98.20 so I am still above it but I know if if drop again tomorrow then it is over for me this month and I will just have to face it that AF will be visiting. Hang in there!!!!!
esmeraldausiahon - I'm so sorry that AF is about to show. Do you alwasy have brown blood? Have you taken a hpt yet? I will keep my fingers cross for you. Hang in there

| Answer: schar: yay! join the fluffy club =P that's why my doc doesn't want me gaining any weight yet. i've lost 2lbs from 2 weeks ago, so i've gained a total of 4lbs in 20 weeks. they said fluffier women don't gain as much as skinnier women. some skinny girl i know gained 86lbs when she was pregnant with her first and a friend of mine gained like 20lbs. we got this! = |
| Answer: I hope I don't gain much I'm trying to eat better good luck teddy! Krissy don't be so down you have next month if you obsess too much it is harder to get pregnant I have been there. One thing I did do the first time I got pg was bd right before bed and kept pillow under me till I woke up four hours later and bingo try that and try to calm dow a bit also preseed helps. This pregnancy I will be honest I did nothing no pills except I took provera to start af don't recommend, but I did everything naturally and had not even looked at an opk in over a week this baby came outta no where and is due on my 6th anniversary It was really when I was least expecting it and I even went straight to the restroom afterwards cause I didn't think I was ovulating but I do know I concieved either june 14-15th. I am also taking this month off of clomid. I have been on it for 4-5 months straight now, and I know I should take a month off, so I figure since we can't really know too much more until DH's urologist appt July 25, I might as well make it this month as my month off.... | Answer: Good Morning! I hope everyone is well. I'm glad to see someone posting after the quiet weekend. Today is cd 27 or 10-11 dpo. AF is due cd 30-32. I don't want to test until Wednesday but this morning I don't what came over me I took an opk and very stupidly used fmu and of course it came out neg. So now I am afraid to test. I've had nausea but thats not uncommon for me just before AF. I haven't had sore boobs yet which normally happens before AF but that doesn't mean I won't. I'm afraid to speculate and pretty sure that I am having no symptoms to lead me to the conclusion that I am indeed pregnant. | Answer: donnams83 - No this isn't my first time using clomid. I have done 2 cycles (mar/apr) took may off then I started back in jun but it was my first time using estrodoil.

hoping1 - AF showed up at 11pm cd 27 4 days early go figure. On cd 2 I started back taking prenat vits, ba and today cd 3 I added the 50md of clomid. I was able to get all my meds for this cycle and I am going to follow the chart to a T since I didn't do it for the first cycle I didn't have the money to get the progesterone gel. | Answer: Hell ladies well Saturday Morning I had the ET she transferred 2 8 cell embyros she said they were average>.well I hope this it for me I really am. This weekend I did some lounging but not too much i kept getting up doing stuff I would not sit down I guess it was my nerves. I have had some cramping but just very mild. | Answer: Well I just started spotting just a very very little bit which means AF is probably going to be here tomorrow or the next day. I read that implantation bleeding only occurs in about 30% of women. So there is a 70% chance that I am not pregnant. Here we go again. = |
| Answer: I did not have implantation bleeding with my first two pregnancies but this time I had one spot of pink and brushed it off cause I thought af was coming but no I think if there is more than just a spot or two then it's af. 2 EMBRYOS UHOH! Twins are very possible good luck and try to lounge around for the first week I hear it helps good

| Answer: Thanks Schar I'm not ruling it out. The spots were almost non existence (If I wasn't trying I wouldn't have even noticed) However I normally spot before so the odds are against me. I'm testing tomorrow morning first thing so I'll be sure to let everyone know. Cross your fingers and say alittle prayer for me.

| Answer: Hi ladies... well, I tested this am---BFN. I don't understand. I temped this am, and it was higher than avg. Normally my temps are 96.8, 97.1 at the highest during af, this time it was 97.6. Also, my nipples are still sore and af hasn't really made an appearance since her brief showing Sunday. I guess I am cd 4? I dont know... I can only think of 2 things. 1-Sunday was implantation bleeding. but that would be 14 dpo, isn't that too late? or 2-I'm all out of whack b/c DH and I have started exercising regularly..running m,w | | | | | |
