I had the best dr's appt today! I am 18 weeks 3 days and have gained NOTHING the entire pregnancy. I am so excited!!!! I am showing and have been for a while. The doc said my stomach is measuring at 18 weeks so that is fine. She also said the heartbeat sounds "boyish" since it was only 135. I have an ultrasound on Thursday so we will see if she is right!!!! I just had to share my good news!!!

That's great jess!!! Let us know how the scan goes. I've gained 9 lbs already and won't be 18 weeks until Wednesday- how did you do it?

I dont really know how I did it!! I try to be mindful of what I eat, but its not like Im eating fruit and vegetables all day everyday. I am showing already, my stomach is pretty big. Maybe there scale is broken. :o)

HAHHAH....Jess you're like me. I didn't start gaining until just recently...only 4 lbs since the beginning and i am in my 23rd week now. Everyone is different but as long as your baby is measuring ok you're good! My belly is getting bigger by the day...sooooo weird! Yet so exciting! lol.

Yes, I hope my good luck continues!! I try to walk around my neighborhood (its about a mile) at least 3 times a week, usually I try to do 4 or 5. I either push my daughter in her stroller after dinner, or sometimes I wait until 9pm after she is in bed (its cooler then) and I listen to my ipod and walk. What does everyone else do for excercise.
