It's been 5 wks since D&C & still no ovulation (or period).

31 days after D&C and I'm using the Lh surge ovulation sticks and i've been using them for 25 days. That's how I fell preg last time. My cycle is normally 35 days and I ovulate on day 26. I know everything is out of whack after a loss, (i was 12 weeks). I'm getting neg on preg test so i know my hcg must be below 10. Dr said I can start trying again as soon as bleeding etc has stopped . Does it normally take this long? I should ovulate any day now right? ↓
Ovulation can be messed up for a while after any pregnancy whether it is carried to term or miscarried due to the hormonal shift...most doctors tell you to wait at LEAST one cycle before trying again. It's totally normal to not be normal for a while while your bodys hormones and body are leveling back to non pregnant levels. Good luck! ↑
