Lesban couple need help

I want to put my name on the baby birthcertificate even tho my girlfriend is having the baby! We are soon to be married but the baby will be born before marriage... What do you guys think? Me being another woman would i be able to put my name on the certificate? It will be my child just as well... The father is not going to be apart of the baby life he is going to have sex with my girlfriend just to conceive! He already knows he wont be apart of the baby life as a father and understanding of that he may come visit BUT NO DADDY UP IN HERE! ↓

i dont think legally you can but im not 100% sure. perhaps if you were married (lets say in CA) then they would allow you to but again im just guessing. why does the sperm donor have to have sex with your girlfriend, you can inseminate at home without him just as long as he brings a 'sample'. good luck to you both. ↑
