I didn't feel anything when I lost mine. There was a lot of mucusy thick discharge type of stuff when I went to the bathroom. ↑

you should know the difference between discharge and a mucus plug for sure.Atleast in my expeience, i had a big one, maybe it was due to having a big baby and lots of amniotic fluid, vernix etc. though. ↑

I lost mine with my first and never knew it. My OB told me it was gone at my 37 week check. This time I will be 37 weeks on thursday and will be really suprised if it is gone. Last week I was 0 and 0%. ↑

Hey SADIEJUNESMOMMY! If you google "mucous plug images" you will get some pictures of other folks mucous plugs. I was curious too, because I have had a lot of mucous discharge also, and most times it is kindof clumpy. I went to the doctor today, and he said that most folks will not lose it in one batch, but will have it slowly work its way out over time. This time, however, can vary from person to person. Anyway, hope the images at least answer your question! ↑

I don't know what posessed me to google 'mucous plug', but I will never do that again... gross!! I actually gagged when the image came up. Like with my first pregnancy, I hope I never see it. ↑
