I had my gorgeous baby boy 7 months ago. I have begun walking and swimming occasionally. I am wanting to start sit ups but I have been told that by doing sit ups it may damage my stomach? Does anyone have any experience or knowledge with this isue.
Thanks,
Tania. ↓

i imagine waiting a month or 2, let your insides shift back to normal, youll probably notice your body will tell you when you can handle that kind of excersise, i remember my stomache being sore and swollen for a while and there was no way i could of done that straight away. and i had a normal birth. ↑

With my first pregnancy, I started doing sit-ups at about 5 or 6 weeks post-partum. Got my tummy back in no-time. I'm 38 weeks along and plan on doing the same after this pregnancy as well. Good luck. ↑
