...that i would kinda explain my situation so that you guys can get to know me better haha lol i as i think its good to know the background of who you are talking to! -- I never had a good relationship with my mom and my dad left when i was a baby , My mom had a cocaine addiction and was with an abusive guy for 8 yrs, I have 3younger sisters and a brother who are all half siblings, we where in and out of foster care most our lives cuz of her drug problem and her really bad choices! Then in 2004 she got stable with this guy and we where given back to her and we moved in with him and his 2 kids.--- things where OK for a while but then he started to get controlling, i told my mom that he would fuck her up and she needed to get out but she said she loved him, eventually i found myself fighting with this guy everyday! He put me down and made me feel like shit on a daily bases, my mom didnt even care. I was sneaking out and not coming home, then i got really depressed and attempted suicide, I ended up in the hospital CAS wouldnt let me go back home so i went into foster care willingly, then only 3 dayslater they sent me home for the night to do christmas, i fought with him again and he told me that I should have done it right if i was going to do it (and trust me i tried) I had been a long time cutter before the suicide attempt(strictly to deal with my anger towards my mom) and he saw some new marks and drove my to the hospital cuz the cuts where so deep i was again atmited and left there for 2 months ( my mom came and saw me once) after i got out i ran away with my bf and have been doing great since ! having my son changed my life for the better (and know im not saying have kids if your life sucks) but it turned out that he really changed me, i stopped everything and i became happy! I just wanted to share this with you all, ↓

Okay I'm sorry but this is kind of pissing me off. I don't know where you girls are from but come on. This girl has come down and pretty much shown that she's trying to be cool with you. Deuce is a term for peace-like you throw up the peace sign and say deuce. You are really going to have to be more socially sensitive. For a young black girl, yes, being in a similar situation as you and especially in the south there is a chance that she is going to learn more slang than anything. I haven't been through as much as either of you girls, but I do know what it's like to have an addict parent and to cut. I have been cutting since I was 9 or 10. People for some reason don't understand it and are easy to say some really shitty stuff about you for doing it. I read your post and got really emotional because I know how much I hurt to want to cut and I can't stand the idea that someone else feels that way. It just makes me so frigging angry. ↑

Well here's the thing. People can go through similar things as your but have differences that are common with the area. I guess I don't get why it's so unbelievable that someone's fiancee got shot in the head in their home. It happens all of the time. Actually the girl who was helping me and giving me advice and baby clothes when I was pregnant ended up getting pregnant right after I had my son, and when she was like 6 months along her son's father got shot in the yard of the house they were moving from. And it was some of his friends. Obviously the friend was mad over some owed money and that her son's father was messing around with the same chick he was with. So really it happens all of the time. Sometimes you have to accept that people from different areas and cultures have similarities to the struggles in your life but things can be really extreme, like what you see in movies but think is far-fetched. ↑

I truly believe that if she was charged for manslaughter she shouldnt have kids WHY becasue cleary at 9 she coudlnt control herself, and even now at 18 she cant do it whats to sya that baby isnt going to be crying its face off and shes not going to kill it, now that happens alot more than anyone thinks, So i think i will focus on my pregnancy and not offer anything to her , the great thing aboiut life is you get to CHOOSE the people you support! dont get me wrong though im not just saying cuz has a "manslaughter" charge she shouldnt have a baby , im saying ANYONE with a charge like that shouldnt be allowed to create a life. No I get the way you feel. It's understandable, but I always give people the benefit of the doubt, which is probably why I'll be screwed over more in my life than you will. :) I guess I'm figuring two things. 1. If it was manslaughter which is a lesser degree of murder than it could have been self-dense-who knows what that man was doing or going to do. 2. If she is lying, she is using her lies to cover up something equally painful. As was in the case with angelmonkey-sorry to bring you up, and I'm not dissing but it was the truth. You admit youlied to cover something very painful to you. So hey, she isn't coming over to babysit my kid so I'll be supportive as long as she doesn't start anything directly with me. Whatever's going on she may just need some understanding. It is hard when you feel you may be being lied to, but maybe people will feel safe enough to finally open up about what really happened. ↑
