Question: I think that I made a hasty decision once I had my second child. I waited 12 yrs to have my second. I had to have an emergency c-section so my tubes were tied right then and there. But when I got a chance to hold my new bundle of joy I was instantly overcome with some remorse. Its been 2.5 yrs since and I am still having feelings of remorse and wanting to conceive again. My significant other does not have any children and would like to start a family. My question is what would be the best route to take, IVF or the tubal reversal? ?

Answer: leo80375 - I think both but I had a tubal reversal as far as price wise you might be paying the same but for the tubal reversal you only have to pay that once and with IVF if it fails then you have to do it again. If it was me I would go with the reveral. Krissy68 =
Answer: I know one of my co-worker's recently went through a similar situation, and decided on IVF - about the same cost & she didn't need to have a tubal again or use another form of birth control afterwards. =
