Hi All I have read your threads and have found them very insightful- Here is my situation
I am 26, 1 son (14) months, (not breast feeding), Mother is a frat. Twin, I concieved with my son-- 1st try, I have been taking fertility blend for 1 month (GNC has a mix of green tea, vitex, folate, and vitamins) After researching vitex and the possibility of it hindering the soy I will be discontinueing it - Scheduled to start AF in a few days, will take soy 160, for cd 2-6, I think
