I have read some where that the best time to take a Calcium Supplement is at bedtime. Some other internet articles suggest that it is better to take it with a meal. Which is true as most people don't normally eat a meal at bedtime ??
Also, any one of you has been prescribed CaVit-D3 calcium supplement during Pregnancy ? It is actually calcium phosphate plus D vitamin. I wonder it is better to take it at bedtime or with a meal ?? ↓
