advice on getting sleep and being comfortable

Hello everyone. I'm 18.5 weeks pregnant with 2 large fibroids and one baby. I'm posting here since I'm told mothers of multiples are big like I am. I'm so big and uncomfortable that I'm having trouble sleeping. I put pillows everywhere, but my hips hurt, my back hurts, my arms hurt, my legs hurt, ok everything hurts. I also can't really find a comfortable position to sit. The only thing that really seems to help is being on all fours. But then my knees eventually start hurting :( and I can't sleep that way. Is anyone else bigger than average and found some way to be comfortable? Thanks for the help!
