If he is a part of your child's life then I think it would be illegal to not put him on the birth certificate. I think it's not even technically statutory rape unless he is over the age of 18. Even so, I'm seventeen, my boyfriend is nineteen, and that is illegal in the state I live in. No one has reported us and we've been open about our relationship, our child, and our ages. We've told our hospital, social services and anyone else who asks us. We have yet to run into any problems. ↑

thanks amanda17 i wasnt sure.... he is very much a part of me and the babys life i just dont want there to be any problems im not ashamed of our ages or our relationship i just want there to be no problems ↑
