ok a few things. How many situps did everyone do a day or week to get back into shape? i'm real determined to get this overwith. The one problem is though that it is freezing weather here in canada so it's hard to get the walking or running in,especially with a baby.Does anyone know of any of thos work out with your baby things? And it's been 7-8 weeks now but i couldn't make the 6 week appointment i booked,now its not for another 2 or 3 weeks, is it ok to work out or do i have to get the ok from the doctor first?And did anyone get stretch marks on their boobs? it feels like i'm the only one here!! i joined this facebook group for breastfeeding and all the ladies seemed to have none and some of their babies looked young to!
