hurts to poop!!! pLese help

im about 8 weeks pregnant and when i have to poop i cant and blood starts coming out instead... just drips out. and i have to strain to poop. then i have bad pains afterward in my lower abdomon... is that bad to strain and could i have rip my ya know cause of all the blood?!? :o( ↓

yes it sounds wicked nasty but i need opions i mean i will ask my doctor as soon as my next appointment comes which is in like a week ↑
