This pregnancy has soooo flown by for you, I can't believe Mia will be here soon! oh girls, forgot to mention that joshua took his first steps un-aided yesturday (Saturday), I was at work! so i missed it all :( but dh said he was furniture walking then wanted to walk in a different direction so he let go and took about 3 steps before he realized he wasn't holding onto anything. my baby is growing up soooo fast- what to do, what to do?! oh, and the pics of joshua (Tam's Joshua) are adorable! what a grown up little boy he is! he seems like he had fun on his brithday, I can't wait for my Joshua's birhtday, I'll be sending out the invites tomorrow. I was hoping to post some updated pics today too but I forgot my travel drive at home, but I can't wait for you girlsto see how grown up my Joshua has gotten... It's time for more babies! haha, Kiza, your belly shots are beautiful! you are just glowing, and look so beautiful. not at all like you have 3 other little rugrats you are having to run around after all day :) ↑

Hi girls! First of all, both of the Joshuas have gotten so big it's insane!! How did this happen?!? :) And Kiza, you look wonderful. Pregnancy really suits you. :) Waggz, I can't believe Joshua's taking steps! That is soooo exciting. I think it will be a while for Mira. She's cruising a little bit on the furniture, but she's so good at speed-crawling, she doesn't want to waste the time to try to walk. Every time I try to practice with her, she drops right down to her knees and crawls away. :) Hello to all the other girls. Sorry I've been slow on here lately. Life just gets busier and busier the older Mira gets. It's so much fun though. She's napping now. I don't know why, but she's gone back to 3 naps a day. She was taking 2 for months, and then it seemed like she was trying to switch to 1, but now she's back to 3! Oh well. As long as she's happy, she can sleep whenever she wants. Jess, that is exactly what I thought about Joshua with the walking- that it would probably be a while, but kids have a way of "growing up" over night! so I wouldn't be surpprised if Mira started taking steps any day now :) I wonder if Mira migt be going through a growth spurt and needing the extra sleep? I can't believe she was already working her way to one nap a day, Joshua takes 3 most days, 2 some days. but then again he sleeps 9-10 hours at night so maybe he needs the extra day-time sleep? I don't know, I say what you say-if he's happy, then 'sleep on'! I wonder where everyone else is? bubs must be keeping all you girls busy. hope everyone is ok, and enjoying the sunny weather in the states, canada and uk (can't say the same for you kiza and con- hope you are enjoying the...snow??) ttyl! ↑

Waggz, you are too funny. I don't think it snows in Australia, but I'm not sure. I'd love to go there to find out. Some day.. :) I'm happy to hear Joshua still takes 3 naps. All the books say they should be taking 2, so when she was trying to take 1 I was worried, and then when she went back to 3 I was worried. And then I realized - screw the books. LOL. Every baby is different and as long as she's happy, so am I. I swear all the baby books I've read have made everything sooo much more stressful for me. Next time, I'm not touching a single book. I do better that way. I wonder when next time will be... I should be ovulating in another week or so. :) :) :) ↑

Hi girls , crazy time here. My sister is getting married this sat and so busy! i havn't popped over to piczo yet but I will and update my page after the wedding. Congrats to all the new milestones! I can't believe that the boys are walking and girls are crusing, time goes so fast! Ava is sitting by herself now and gets up on all fours when on her tummy and makes the rocking motion. It won't be long til she crawls. I can't believe she is 6 months and starting in on her 7th month already. She's changed so much oh and the best part she said mama the other day! i don't know if she knew it but she was crying for me while her dad was holding her and he kept saying you want mama? and she looks at him and cries mamamamam it was so cute and made me come running to her of course. DHis green but oh well she is a mommas girl. I promise to do a proper post soon and let you know how the wedding goes, hi to all miss you all! LB ↑

Lb, it's so good to hear from you again. Wow, Ava is six months already! na d you're right- she'll be crawling pretty soon, then the real work will begin... :) congrats on all her milestones, and can't wait to hear how your sister's wedding goes and see some pics. Jess, I think Joshua and Mira talked the other day when she took 3 naps coz he took an extra one too that day- four 1hr naps! I think Joshua is going through a growth spurt coz he has vamped up his eating and just amazes us with how much he can eat, coz we are all like- where does it go? he must get his metabolism from his dad's side of the family coz it sure isn't my kind of metabolism :) our cycles must be running along the same time lines coz I am on day 10 and should be ovulating on day 17, but I don't think we're going to be actively trying yet. I will be thinking of you though, and crossing my fingers for the little swimmers to hit the jack-pot :) and sending you clouds of puffy baby dust (remember when we used to do that? LOL, dejavu!) oh, and I uploaded a ton of new pics onto piczo so check them out everyone. some are from May and others from June, you can see the dates on the pictures. ↑

Hey girls, great to hear from you all. We only have a very small part of the country that gets snow here, & it's soooo expensive to travel there & go skiing. I myself have never been or seen snow, pretty sad hey! LOL. Congrats to all the bubs on their little journey's. How wonderful that they are all doing well. Goodluck with the wedding this weekend LB, I'm sure it will be a treat. I'm looking forward to hearing from Cons, as I'm pretty sure today is her Nuchal scan, I must send her a text wishing her well. All is good with us, 33 weeks now. I had my renal appt this morning & have been put on some new meds to hopefully curve this bloody urine infection once & for all. Mia is doing well, her movements have slowed a little so I think she's running out of room in there. I have now put on 1.6kg. So I'm quite happy with that, not so much to lose afterwards. YAY! I have my eldest DD home from school today with gastro so fingers crossed the rest of the family don't get it either. Last thing I need right now. Picked up my pram this morning, so I'm set, I just need to put everything in it's right place now.So I'm off to text Cons and OH! good luck with that upcoming b"dancing girls, it's good to know at least someone is getting it, bit of a drought happening in our house. Kiza, you'll have to come to Minnesota and see the TONS of snow we get here, there is the St. Paul winter carnival that lasts about 6 weeks, and people actually go out and carve huge snow and ice sculptures- it's beautiful!.... and COLD!!! ther's skating and lots of other fun activities. I've never been but they cover it on TV. Anyway, I hope your new round of meds help clear that urine infection. and let us know if you hear from con. well, it's crazy busy at work today- we are understaffed- which is hardly ever the case, but we'll survive. Waggs that snow sounds great. My kids would love it. The snow season here is a mixture of a tiny bit of real snow & the rest is man made LOL, & I still have never had the chance to go. Maybe one day when the kids are a bit older. Anyways kids have just broken up from school for 2 weeks holidays, so not sure how much time I will get to log on in the near future, hopefully I still have my sanity at the end of it. Hi girls, yeah you guessed it i am really dragging my feet these days. I am just so exhausted, and im still off my food so dare i say i am not eating as much as i should. I am just a wreak but its ok, i will be 13 yep count em 13 weeks next tues so i should be back on track before too long. Snow?? Never seen it wags but like kiza said it does snow in the eastern states here (somewhere) and you can go ski-ing and stuff. But I haven't seen snow before but I would love to. but guess what?? Yesterday Dh called me and he was like 'do you want to go on a holiday?' and i was like 'HELL YEAH' so guess where we are looking at going for 10 days?.....FIJI!! Once again i will be preggers but i am not a big drinker so i can cope without the cocktails. Thinking of going when i am about 24 weeks ooooh it will be so good to get away. it will be nice to be able to spend some time together, will make sure i send you all a postcard this time since i have all your addresses. Jess i am looking forward to you falling pregnant, you know i had a dream last night that i was having a girl so i am convinced now lol. Its going to be sooooooo hot in january though oh my goodness. 46 flaming degrees it was last boxing day. But Alan Carpenter will just have to talk to the hand because i will have my airconditioner cranked up 24/7. ↑

Hi everyone! I hope that the Americans amongst us had a great 4th of July. They were certainly celebrating in Cambridge last night I could hear the fireworks from here. Waggzy that is so exciting that Joshua is walking and Ava is sitting. I really can't believe how fast they grow up. Jack is now coming up on 6 months and weaning has begun in earnest. I tried a couple of weeks a go but he was having none of it. Then last week he started getting really grumpy. I had a chat with the health visitor and she suggested trying him again. He went from having just a couple of spoonfulls on Monday to 6 yesterday so I've now started him on breakfast as well as lunch. Consy, Figi, I am so jealous and it's great to hear that your you're about to go into the 2nd trimester ↑

Hi girls! Vicki, so good to hear from you, and that Jack is taking well to the weaning. we did have a good 4th of July- thanks. I am not originally American but I got caught up in the spirit of the holiday anyway, and besides- my son is American (I guess)- so we b-b-q'd with some friends and got one of those kiddie pools and Joshua had a blast out on the deck in it. Con- you lucky dog- Fiji? have a blast for all of us. are you planning on taking Matt? glad to hear all is well with your little bean- congrats the 2nd trimester milestone, time is just flying by waaaayyyy too fast! have you thought of names yet? do you still have that cute, little red dress you got for "Lop Lop"? LOL, now's your chance to actually use it (assuming little bean is a girl :) ) do you want to find out the sex this time? if not, then have the tech write it down, place it in an envelope and mail it straight to me coz I will be dying to know :) Kiza, praying for you girlfriend! have fun with the kids for the 2 weeks they are off, but remember to rest up too. where are Mico and Liezel? must be pretty busy. Hey girls..... glad to hear you are all doing well.... Kiza, I can't believe you are 32 weeks...Mia is gonna be here in no time and Cons 13 Weeks!!! where did the time go???? Now that our summer is here, I have been CRAZY busy with Nathan and with all of the family functions and weddings we have to attend. Last weekend we were in the United states for DH's family reunion and a wedding and we had a blast....it was in cobbleskill NY, very country and pretty scenery. Every year the reunion is held somewhere different in the states. Next year we will go to Delaware (I've never been there before). It was Nathan's first time using his new passport...LOL. He is growing sooooo quickly too.... my little baby is starting to look more like a little boy. He just turned 6 months on the 3rd and I made a half cake.... I have to post some of the pictures he was so cute. One minute we are all posing nicely with the "smarty bug" cake and the next minute he grabbed the icing on the bugs bum and had his hand shoved in his mouth...Lol... he even had the green icing up his nose :) of course tons of pictures were taken, so I will try to post them soon. And as for moving he is rolling everywhere and really trying to crawl. He does this worm crawling movement where he gets his bum up into the air and slides forward on his belly.... he hasn't yet figured out how to move his arms or I am sure he would be crawling. He is also talking a lot more now, but I don't think he is consciously calling any of us.... although when he is crying it is mamamamamamamama and when he is laughing and having fun it is dadaddadadadada.... but for the record mamama came first...LOL. He also copies us and says Hi and Hey. I can't wait till he looks up at me and says mama directly to me. I can't believe that so many of our little ones are turning one. They are all so big now. Nathan has his 6 month shots on friday and I need to ask the doctor if he needs anything extra before our trip to south africa. So much travelling! In 3 weeks we head back to Rochester and in 6 weeks to rhode island and connecticut where hopefully we will be able to see Jess and Mira! Between my family and Eddy's we are busy EVERY weekend throughout the summer. Okay the little guy is awake and calling me, I will ttyl..............Liezel ↑

Hi girls! I did like some of you said and came straight to this page - and didn't get that crazy page that pops up. What is that anyway?!? I hope it fixes itself soon. I'm so scared of crashing this computer. Anyway... How's everybody doing? We have been really quiet. Liezel, I can't wait to see those pics. Nathan sounds too cute. He must be getting so big now. I can't believe all the babies are so grown up. It's really insane. I look at Mira now and realize that she is just NOT a little baby anymore. She's a little girl. She understands so much of what I say, and she tries to communicate back. She definitely says dog, and she barks (woo woo woo) when she sees or hears one. She points to the things she wants, and when I ask her if that's what she wants she bounces up and down (like a head nod but a whole body nod - lol) and says yeeeeh. Too cute. Anyway, I'm hoping we get pregnant again this month because we no longer have a baby in the house!!! :) I have to put some new pics up - It's been a while. Cons, glad everything is going well with the pregnancy. I want to know the sex too, so you better find out! Do you have a feeling?? Vicki, sounds like Jack is doing well with eating now. What are you feeding him? Mira officially eats EVERYTHING now, and surprisingly, she's back to taking the baby food again. She's just hungry, so she'll eat whatever I put in front of her. :) Kiza, are you having a c-sect? Is it scheduled? A big hello to everyone else. Hi girls...Waggz - Yaaay for Joshua's first steps...that is so exciting. What are you doing for his first birthday? Jess - I cant believe Mira is communicating so well. I guess thats the perk of having a teacher for a mommy...Good luck with ttc this month..Im keeping my fingers crossed for you. LB - Im sure your sisters wedding was beautiful..I cant wait to see pics...especially of the dress you made. Ava will definitely be crawling soon...Once Aidan started rocking he was days away from crawling. Cons - congrats for making it into the second trimester!! Are you feeling any different going through this pregnancy vs. your pregnancy with Matthew? I am also jealous of your trip to Fiji...you guys get much better vacations living on that side of the world. Vicki - you have to post some updated pics of Jack...I would love to see how much he has grown. Liezel - that is such a cute idea to have the half year cake :-) You are so creative...Do you know the dates you are coming to CT. I would love to try to meet up with you guys if I can. Now that it costs me almost 200 in gas to get down there and back I dont know if I will be able to make the trip :-( Kiza - wow...you are in your last trimester...time is definitely flying by. Are your kids getting exctited that there will be a new baby in the house? Big hello to Cer, Ade and Allie. Things have been really hectic for us around here. Now that Aidan has perfected crawling he is everywhere in everything. He can pull himself up on everything and has even figured out how to climb up on things so he has a much wider range than I expected when I initially babyproofed. I have been considering buying a play yard but I dont think he will stay in it. This is such a fun age but geesh is it alot of work. He is up from the time we get home until around 10 so thats great for us to get time in together but not so great for getting anything else done. He has so much personality now...it is funny watching them turn into little people :-) I have been trying to get at least one story in a night before bedtime which has been going pretty well. He seems to enjoy it and helps flip the page and occassionally bite the page. Did any of you girls take your little ones out to see the fireworks? Aidan loved them for about 15 minutes then became more interested in his shadow that the street lights were making. On a not so positive note, I have had yet another miscarriage. I found out about two weeks ago that I was pregnant. I was feeling so sick I finally broke down and took a test when it lasted for days. It was positive and I had my first appt two days later. Everything looked good from my initial blood work and appt... They had me come back in in for an ultrasound a couple of days after that and they found a 7 week gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. They told me that I would probably miscarry or I could have a d&c so I decided to wait to see what would happen and I started bleeding on Sunday. I went in for another ultrasound yesterday and the sac was gone just a thickened uterus. So I realize that I need to stop denying it and accept that I have a problem. I was hoping it was my thyroid but I guess not. For now Aidan will just be my little miracle and I scheduled an appt with an endocrinologist to start running some tests. I have had mixed feelings about this loss...I think it has become the expectation for me now that it doesnt seem to even phase me anymore. The social worker from the doctors office keeps calling me like they are expecting me to snap or something but Im ok. Fortunately, we werent trying so we have time to figure out what is going on before we do try next year. Well I better run...ttyl. ↑

Mia, I am so sorry you had to go through that pain again. I think you are right in scheduling your endo appt and maybe they can help figure things out before you start ttc. As for our trip to Connecticut.... we will be in Rochester on August 27th, Rhode Island from August 28 to 31 and CT from september 1 till the 3rd. So I am hoping that Jess will be available on the 1st or 2nd to see me :) . ↑

Oh and don't get me started on the gas prices again.... we are now at $5.10 per gallon and it is still rising, we are suppose to hit $5.60/ gallon by the end of the summer. When we were in the U.S last weekend we kept filling up every chance we got because it is so much cheaper for gas (at least in the areas we were in). ↑

Hi girls. Mia, I am so sorry that you're having to go through this again. You sound like you're handling it very well though. You're definitely a very strong person. I think it's a good idea that you set up that appointment. Keep us posted on what they find. I'll be thinking of you. Liezel, I'll definitely be around when you come down. I can't wait to meet you and Nathan in person!! :) Mia, it would be great if you could make it too, but I know gas prices are out of control. Dh started taking the train to work because it saves us a couple hundred dollars (at least) a month. My cousin was just saying how between her and her husband commuting to work, they spent about $900 for gas last month!! That's insane!! Ok, I'm trying to get Mira to go back to sleep. She's teething again (working on #7!) so she's not sleeping well. She wakes up crying and exhausted so I have to try to get her to go back to sleep. So much fun! LOL. Have a great day, ladies! ↑

Mico, I'm so sorry to hear about what happened. I have my fingers crossed that the endocrinologist will be able to help. I would love to be able to post some more pictures of Jack, he has grown so much but the piczo site is a bit much for my computer at the moment. Food wise he eats pretty much anything I offer him so long as I warm it up first. I'm trying him on meat dishes starting tomorrow. Fuel prices are a nightmare here too. It use to cost me about £35 to fill my tank (about $70) now it costs me £50! ↑

Oh Mia, I am sorry you had to go through a miscarriage as well. I am glad you are seeing the doc. Like the other ladies said, keep us updated, you know we are always here for you! Well ladies, I visited the piczo page and everyone's little ones are SOOO cute! Waggzy - I cannot believe how big Joshua is!!! In those pictures at the park, he looks like a 2 year old! He is so cute and he looks like a little sweetheart. =) Jess - Mira sounds so smart!! I bet it is adorable when she barks like a dog. We need some updated pics! I am so jealous that you girls get to meet in person! If anyone ever finds themselves in Dallas, well I'm sorry...haha...but please let me know! You ladies need to take lots of pictures when you meet and post them on the piczo site! LB - I hope you aren't too stressed right now. I can't wait to see pictures of the dresses you made. I bet they are beautiful. Consy - FIJI? wow!! That is awesome! Congrats on the 2nd trimester mark! You are going to be ready to pop in no time! Kiza - Hope you are surviving the 2 week break and getting some relaxation in there somewhere. I love your belly pics...you look amazing! Liezel - sounds like nathan is doing great! Peyton hasn't figured out the forward motion yet. She will get up on all fours and get frustrated and end up in a push up position and moving backwards. She rocks back and forth but hasn't taken a "step" yet. Any of you ladies have any input on how close you think she is to crawling? Well nothing exciting is really going on for me...just alot of work. I am really lonely. It's just the 3 of us all the time up here. DH works until 7:00 every night. I just wish I had some friends closer. I don't meet people very easily either. Oh well enough of that. Peyton is cutting 3 teeth right now!!! I feel so bad for her. she had 2 and is now getting another on the bottom and her 2 top teeth. She is so grumpy and clingy right now. Okay I better get going! Hello to everyone I missed!! Mico, I am so sorry that you have had to go through that pain again. you do sound very strong, and like you are handling it well. I hope the endocrinologist's appt goes well and helps figure the problem out. How is your dh taking it? (((hugs))), I was just thinking this morning that I would text you to see how you were doing coz you hadn't posted in a while. you will get through this, and we are here for you. on a brighter note, congrats on Aidan's crawling milestone, he sounds like such a big boy already! we have a play yard that I found at a garage sale and Joshua would never stay in it. the last thing they want to do just when they have finally figured out how to get around is be cooped up somewhere and be re-strained. They would rather explore! :) Liezel, i can't believe you are already paying over 5 dollars for gas! we are at $3.87 right now, and it's freaking us out! I wish I could meet up with all you girls who will meet up in CT. we should re-kindle our plans for the get-away we were thinking of last year. although I realize that with the price of everything rising, it's getting harder and harder to set money aside for anything else but day-to-day living! maybe us U.S girls should plan a mini get-together coz I would sooooo love to start meeting you all face to face, and ofcourse we would love it even more if the aussies, brits and canadians could come! oh, the day-dreams! :) better get back to work. love to all! and belly-rubs to the bubs. ↑

Ceru, thanks for the birthday wish. Josua had a GREAT day yesturday, he definately knew something was different about the day as he was all cheery and generally very excited all morning. we kept singing the sprout 'sunny side up' show's Happy Birthday song, and he loves that song. and to make it even better, he was sooooo well behaved, even after he had missed his nap and was very tired. I was so proud of him! and he loved his cake and ate some with gusto! so the day went very well. hope everyobne is having a good weekend! ↑

HI girls bet you all thought I had forgotten about everyone. No just been super busy and time is so limited. Mico, I am so sorry to hear of another miscarriage, how awful. It may be a progestrone thing,and or chemical pregnancy. Once you are seriously trying, perhaps you can do what you did during your pregnancy with Aiden, and fingers crossed. Waggzy Happy birthday to Joshua! wow one already? I can't believe it. So many babies turning one and hitting so many milestones. Kiza how are things with you? any more contractions? I cannot wait to see pictures of Mia! a new baby! makes me want another one so bad. Well ok not that bad yet but the urge is there. Cons how are things with you? yeah second trimester already, I just know you are going to have a girl! I have a feeling. Liezel it's so funny to hear your milestones because ava is doing all the same things. Jess, 7 teeth! wow, Ava doesn't even have one yet, i wonder when everyone babes got their first teeth? Fingers crossed you get pregnant soon. Vicki jack souds like a healthy little eater! and getting so big. Cer i wish we all lived closer so we could all just hang out, it does suck being away from everyone all the time. How is your husband liking his new job? Peyton has three teeth? wow! so hard on them but once they are all in they are so much more enjoyable. Less cranky. Ava does these full out smiles which just goes from ear to ear, we like to call them gummies! so we nicknamed her gummy bear. We will have to find a new one when she actually has teeth. She actually crawls a bit now, gets up on all fours and puts one knee then the other. She does her tummy crawls the best and I think she is looking to try to get from a crawl position to a sitting position. She sits all the time now and wants to get into everything! Well the wedding was awesome! my sister was so beautiful. I will post pics soon, just have to go get some chores done while I can. I will write more soon, talk to you all soon. Oh Mico i am so sorry ;-( you must have been a little excited, and it sucks so much that you had to go through it all again. Sucks that you got to 7 weeks without knowing it wasn't viable. ;-( Sorry i have been away girls, didn't have the internet since last wednesday but i am back! Buuut i have to go to work for a bloody nightshift aaaaaaaaaargh i HATE having my own company sometime but will post properly tomorrow. xxx ↑
