Ashlee Simpson Pregnant
It’s a miracle! The paparazzi have finally gotten it right and for once the rumors are true. After months of endless speculation it is now confirmed that Ashlee Simpson, the sister of singer/actress Jessica Simpson, is pregnant. The twenty-three year-old singer recently married boyfriend, twenty-eight year-old Pete Wentz, bassist for the music group Fall Out Boy, on May 17th of this year. Speculation has abounded ever since that this seemingly quick wedding must be the result of an unexpected pregnancy. On their wedding day, the happy couple revealed to close family and friends Ashlee’s condition but waited to confirm this rumor for the press until the end of Ashlee’s first trimester. The official announcement recently came from Wentz’s personal bog where he posted, "While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child. This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family."
