Going Back TO Work Part Time

I currenlty work full time but when i have my baby i want to go back part time but my work are saying that i can't, is this true?

Who are they to say you cant go back part time? I guess it depends on your job...what is your work?

Yes they can say this. They are only required and only in certain states to give you your current position back.
