I was told I'll be re-hired after six months but now my boss says he's hired someone else and too bad!! This is a private company so I don't know what my rights are. I can't really afford to sue him and I have no idea if I have a case at all. Anyone out there who can help me?

there are laws that protect the jobs and rights of pregnant women...I would check into it if I were you.

Do you have anything in writing from your former boss? It will depend upon which state you live in. Most states are only required to hold your position for 3 months under FMLA. Unless you have doc_mentation, you may not have a case. Sorry!
