The Right Age By Today S Standards

Kind of a funny (not humorous funny) subject. I would say most would agree that 18+ is the right time to think about children. Of course that is prefferably in a marital situation as well. By today's standards I would say that is accurate. Life has gotten so hectic and complicated, one must enjoy being a child with no responsibilites for as long as they can. But if this were the middle ages having children after puberty would not be such a strange phenominome (sp?). During those times most children were forced to work and some even married. Makes you think about how time and our society changes our views on such things......

I don't believe there is a "right" age to have kids. It's more of a maturity factor and whether you can care for, provide for, and put yourself second to, a child. I do think that there are ages that one should not consider mother(parent)hood. Ideally one would like to be in a decent job, resonable income, stable relationship, etc. These things do not come with age but more with time. There are people that I know who are technically the ideal age for having kids but should not have. That's my 2 cents.
