hi all , well i've been off the depo since feb 2011. I started have a few bleeds but since the past couple of months im having 2 heavy bleeds in 1 month. im worried im not going to get pregnant again . im so worried .

I would recommend to seek alternative medicine, ie.. you need probably to go on cleansing diet.. I had once one injection of depo.. i bleed for 1 year... homeopath, Chinese medicine and watch you diet... take green juice drink to build your blood (spinach, celery, cuc_mber and carrot etc and alternate) if never taken juice start with once a week then build up..you will be fine... but dont use any contraception because that will again confuse your system... You will be fine... and wish you all the best...

hi just wanted to say i cam off the depo last year 23rd july 2010, it took me i would say at least six month to get back to normal , was all over the place , and even not having a period when i had one the month befor , makes you feel like your preg all the time , and i done loads of tests , lol prob 4 a week ,, and nothing thought i was going mad , i would say start tracking your cycle , taken temps and getting to know the signs of your body , allso do ovulation tests , i think doing all this helps the mental side of things and stops you going crazy ,lol fertilityfriend.com try this site , for you temps and ovulation , good luck ,,, and ye i got preg after a year , just got a poss ,
