C Section Getting Pregnant Early

Need advice, i delivered my baby boy c section last september 8, 2014 and after 2 months got pregnant, and now i will soon have my 2 months pregnancy.. i am confused to abort or continue. I ask my OB she said, it is not the right time but if i am not pregnant she cannot do anything about it anymore. help! urgent.
