Numb Legs Back Pain Cramping Normal

I am almost 35 weeks along and when I sleep....depending on what position I find that my legs and arms fall asleep and go numb really easy. I cant find a comfortable position. Also there are days where my back hurts really bad and I get cramps in my upper legs. My stomach tightens and its really uncomfortable and some times theres little pains in my lower abdomen. Is there anyway to get rid of the discomforts?

At 35 weeks these complaints are normal..the baby is weighing in now...and is probably pressing on all kinds of nerves...the best thing to do is to try and get him/her to move around when this happens...the numbness in the legs is usually caused by the baby laying on the sciatic nerve...back pain as well..can be very painful...as for the tightening in your stomach...sounds like braxton hicks...your not going to get them to go away..your body is just preparing..though you shouldnt get more than a few an hour...good luck
