Insufferable Nausea, Something Wrong With This Diet?

Hello,

My wife's nausea is disturbing her constantly, to the point that she's basically grounded at home staring at nothing. At best scrolling a bit on her phone; doesn't talk much and only complains about how bad it is.

Except rice/wholewheat crackers and some fruit jellies, her main meal consists in lean pork with some chinese cabbage or pak choi, with sliced fresh ginger and a little salt for flavor (freshly cooked - by me - without oil). On the side she might eat a half fresh tomato (peeled) and/or a fruit at a random time during the day.

There are many suggestions online of other foods she might try. But what I'm wondering specifically is about the pork and greens. No idea why but that is what she has settled with, in the meantime her discomfort doesn't let up.

Any opinion on these? Good or bad?

All help appreciated.

The intensity of symptoms may vary women to women. For some women, nausea is worse in the morning and eases up on a later day and for some women, it may lasts for all day. High protein foods and complex carbohydrates might be especially helpful. Don't lie down right after eating because this can slow digestion. Eat small meals and snacks frequently.
