hello. I am 6 weeks pregnant with my first child. I have mild cramping, bloating and slight back pain. I have only thrown up once and don't really have an appetite. Is this normal- or are the symptoms in my head. Just worried that something is wrong since we have been trying for 6 years and told we wouldn't have kids

just try to relax and stay calm, it all seems normal to me but each pregnancy is different and being a new mom this is your first rodeo so everything seems weird and different to you which is ok. if you really can't shake the feeling then definitely talk to your doctor about it. happy pregnancy!
