Is Light Red/brown Blood And Little Cramping With Mild Pain?

I m 6weeks pregnant I had light bleeding and spotting when I was 4weeks. I went for scan as directed by my Dr,the result showed that I was 4.4weeks pregnant. I am scared to lose this baby as it is my 1st pregnancy after 3yrs of marriage. The worst is that presently I m having cramping though not constant nor with sever pains but with light red/brown blood when I wipe, what should I do?
