A Week Late No Symptoms Could I Be Pregnant

im 24 and my boyfriend and i have been trying for a couple months last month i got my period on 02/13/17 my cycle is usually 25 days i had spotting for two weeks after my period it stoped right before my next period was due i was supose to expect my next period on 03/10/17 its now 03/16/17 i have no pregnancy symptoms and no pms symtoms we did have intercourse on my ovulation week im just nervous to tae a test and get crushed again i need some feedback should i test or wait a little longer could that spotting have been my period im also concerned because my previous period was light i went to the dr for my spotting they did a urine pregnancy test but it was only about two weeks after my last period so i knew it would come back negitive let me know what it could be or what i shouold do thank youÂ

You don't sound pregnant though another test would be a good idea. The continuous spotting and light or missing periods are a concern. Maybe the doc could get things straightened out with some hormone treatment.
