Chances Of Pregnancy?

My last period was on April 21, it last a total of 3 days, slightly light but still what I would consider normal bleeding. For the past week I have had this cramping feeling in my lower stomach that almost feels like gas pains, but without the need to pass gas/go to the bathroom. I have been nausous and have been running to the bathroom alot more than usual. I saw my doctor on Tuesday and he sent me for an ultrasound. While I have not heard back from him I was able to access the records online and I noticed that a note stating that the endometrium is 11mm.

When I found out I was pregnant with my son it was at a follow up appointment where he noticed the lining was thick but no other evidence of baby at that point.
I am curious if this could be the situation? The only difference being, with my son, I went home and took a pregnancy test that showed positive, whereas when I tested today, it was negative.

Any advice is welcome! I feel like I'm driving myself crazy with the little information I have

Cc, if that was a normal period 4/21 you would only now be ovulating and not yet pregnant. If you got pregnant from sex around 4/07 the recent test would most likely have been positive. Could an ovarian cyst have developed this month to give you these signs?

Honestly, there is nothing "normal" about my cycle. It varies between 19-39 days. Last 2-8 days. It impossible to track.  A cyst is always possible, but I normally notice those. (I normally have to have them surgically removed)

I know with my first, I knew I was pregnant before I could test. I had called the Dr and had an ultrasound done to confirm it and took a home test 1.5 weeks later.  I sense something isn't "normal". I have "symptoms " but nothing to confirm if they are pregnancy related or not. I was more curious if the endometrium being that thick was a sign? At this point I have so much going on,  I'd be shocked if I don't have a positive test soon.
