Could I Have Had A Missed Misscariged

Hey so As of March 30th i was told i was pregnant at the time i was very shocked and nervous. So i waited like 3 days an went to the ER they told me that i wasn't an to follow up with the health Department. So i did that following Monday and they did another test which was positive again so a week went by and i went back agian and it came back negative. Although during the time i was hurting a lot on my left side of my stomach an my back and very nauseated alot during that also i had very very light spotting. Nothing heavy at all .. Could this have been a Missed Misscariged
