Kat, it only takes a little. You have to be in the fertile window cycle days 8 thru 16 of 28 for there to be much chanceof pregnancy. You might start feeling some early pregnancy signs a week before your next period and a test would have a good chance of reading true when your next period shows up missing or light. The Health Department, a Right to Life shop or a school nurse would run a free pregnancy test for you.
