Liz, sorry, I thought he was still upset even in your arms. He sounds like my last two babies, always wanting held. It was very, very draining, but I miss that time now that they are older. Hey, they did turn out to be wonderful boys so it was worth it, lol! Do you have a baby swing, bouncer or anything to keep him busy while you take a break?

I'm in the same boat. I literally just yelled at my 5 month old and then cried cause I felt horrible. It happens once in a while when I am extremely exhausted. I have put little post its around my apt to remind me to stay calm. Loudly but calmly saying shhhh in my baby's helps. Also look up white noise for babies on youtube. My son calms to the white noise most of the time and sometimes even falls asleep. Hang in there!
