What Do You Ladies Think 37 Weeks Pregnant

I am 37 weeks, 3 cm dilated and 70 effaced. I have been pretty much exhausted lately (could also be because I am slightly anemic) but i will have small bursts of energy a couple of times a day. I am still constipated some, but its been somewhat easier to go to the bathroom. Once in a while I will feel contractions (mostly after s_x) but they will go away. I have been trying to make things move faster but so far, no luck. I went walking yesterday and I came home and got sick.. This is also my second child. Anyone think my little man will be here anytime soon?
