Normal Baby Size Yolk Sac Smaller Than Should Be

I recently had an ultrasound that showed the baby to be the right size for as far along as I (and my doctor) predicted, but it shows that my yolk sac is smaller than it should be. My Progesterone levels were low and I am supplementing that as well. What does this mean for the pregnancy and health of the baby? Will this remedy itself and if it does not, what could some possible problems be? (I am 11 1/2 weeks)
