I have loose skin like an 80 year old woman. It looks like wrinkly old skin. How do I get rid of this? Will it ever tighten back up? Also, How do I minimize my trech marks? I got them all over my stomach.

I gave birth in /2007 by c-section still my stomach is big like 4 to 5 months, i consult the same doctor the said everything is fine do some excersize there is no use please can any one suggest me what i should do to get back the shape
