Can PPD Come Back By Getting Pregnant Too Soon

I posted this in the pregnancy questions forum, but I wanted to post it here too because I thought people in the postpartum forum might be more know more about post partum depression.....
I gave birth to my son in May and suffered severe post-partum depression for about a month. It was shocking & scary for me because I had never suffered it with my previous pregnancies (my son was my fourth child). Last week I found out I am pregnant again. This was unplanned, but I'm still happy about it. However, three days ago I started getting really depressed again. Can my post-partum depression be coming back due to the pregnancy hormones? Will this last througout my entire pregnancy?
