Almost 5 Weeks And Have Been Spotting For 7 Days

Hi I just found out on Monday that I'm pregnant, last Wednesday I started spotting lightly and I thought it was my period because it was around the time I was supposed to get it. Well my period never came down heavy, just the spotting so on Monday I decided to take a test and it came back positive. Went to the Dr yesterday and they confirmed I'm 4 weeks and 5 days. The nurse said spotting is normal in early pregnancy, but it won't stop. It's Been going on since last Wednesday. I'm getting worried. Today I saw 2 tiny little clots. I don't have bad cramping or heavy bleeding, but the spotting is there. I haven't read that spotting is supposed to last this long. I've read spotting lasts for about 2 or 3 days. I'm afraid I'm slowly having a miscarriage, can someone tell me if they have experienced this, I'm so worried.
