Baby Kidney Failure Leads To Miscarrige

Hi ,
Please help me on below problem.
As per doctor instruction , I made scan last month and found that baby right kidnay has hydronephrosis and left kidney has some symptoms. I consulted my family doctors to . kidny is around 6mm. after one month ,yesterday again tested . but god is not with us.
Doctor said, right kidney is impacted completely . left kidney is around 6mm becacuase of urine water(he could see water beside kidney).
Do we have any medicines to rectivity kidney problems during pregency ?
Is it ok to contique pregency ? Shall I go for abortion :( ? last period date is 08-12-2016.
Kindly please let me know what to do ?
Note: I have one kid which was cesarean(operations).
