Calling Out All ANA Positive's Help!!!

hi all i am very new to this thread.. i am 31 and currently been TTC for 3 years. I discovered PCOS from 2016 and we had MFI issue as well. My cycle tends to be 30-38 days long with metformin and that is the only medications i am taking. So last year I Had 2 failed IUIs and 1 failed IVF last Dec. Doc finally ordered blood tests and my ANA came back positive (1:320) but ANA profile were all negative. I met a rheumatologyst and he released me without giving me any medications since I had no symtomps of any Lupus or anything. My IVF doctor also did not put me on any medications. Im so lost now !! i heard 1:320 is a high number...I am planning to do another IVF next month...
Please if you know this condition let me know what kind of vitamins/ meds you took prior to your BFPs!! thanks you..
