I Think I Am Pregnant 3 Weeks After M/c

I had a m/c 29 of sept... We have had continued TTC and I am feeling ill sore nipples/breasts... Headaches... I feel pregnant and this being my 6 th pregnancy and I have known within days of conception with all my pregnancies... Is it possible I am pregnant?
