68 Days Late Today ... 3 Negative Tests So Far ... Need Help

I got off the birth control in December. Had a normal period in December. I spotted lightly in January. Didn't bleed at all in February. I only spotted one day this month early in the month. Took three pregnancy tests that all came back negative. I pee a lot and I can't fit into my size 18 pants I bought awhile back. I feel nausea sometimes but I don't get sick whatsoever. In two days I'll be 70 days late, which will be 10 weeks late. Can someone please help.
