Pregnancy Info HOME

I haven't had a proper period for 4 months now my last proper period was 31st of January and its just been spotting on and off now and that's not normal for me mine last for 5-7 days not 1-2 days but all the hpt I have took are negative and went to the doctors to get blood tests done and still negative and got the all clear for any diseases but I have all the pregnancy symptoms and feelings and my stomach is getting bigger aswell so went back to my doctor and demanded a scan so my scan was yesterday and that was all clear aswell said there was no baby and everything else was ok no growths, cysts, kidney problems, ovaries ok aswell so I really don't know what is going on as I really feel pregnant but everything is negative and nothing else seems to be wrong with me I am so frustrated and it is draining me not knowing what is happening with me I have looked up has this happened to anyone?
