Implantation Bleeding? Negative Tests

hi. So I have pcos and irregular cycles however with some diet changes I have gotten 6 periods in the last 8 months. I am currently taking a break from doctors meds for ttc as I had a terrible experience last year. So I ovulated on day 13 of my cycle I was 6 days late and started spotting brown discharge only when I wipe... I'm on day 3 of brown spotting only when I wipe iv done a home test and it's negative. This has never happened to me. I'm feeling anxious and nervous ... do I count this as a period? Is it implantation bleeding?

A negative test when six days late and no other signs apart from brown spotting is not encouraging. Maybe your period did not dump at the right time for some reason and now the old blood is letting loose. That's my best guess.
