Positive Blood (qual) Next Day Quant 2

I was having bad stomach pains and went to ER on 4.30.2018 and the qual blood test came back positive. Next day I seen my primary care who ordered the qantative beta blood test. She said it was 2 and that was considered negative. How can I have a positive one day and a number so low it is a negative the next? The OB I scheduled the appointment when after I got the positive said it is etiher very early on or the stomach pains were a sign of miscarraige... I haven't had any bleeding at all.
If I were pregnant, it would really only be a week or 2 tops so I believe it could just be early but I am freaking out. I went again today on 5.03.2018 to get my qual beta done w/ my primary as suggested by the OB to see if my numbers increase or decrease before I see them on the 16th.
Has anyone else had this happen w/ blood tests? Has anyone had a really low level and still had healthy pregnancy? My breasts are tender, tired, etc. I have 5 so I know what it feels like and I know I am definitely pregnant... just worried I amy be losing it. Any thoughts?

Jk, this is hard to explain. You are probably wasting money by testing too early. A qualitative home test when a period is a week late would be a good starting point. I guess you started testing because of weird cramps, which could have many causes. A cyst perhaps?
