Hi I'm 16 weeks and 3 days. Pregnant can u tell me when I conceived please and does it mean I had sex in that day to catch pregnant

According to the ultrasound your last good period was September 6th meaning ovulation occurred Sept 20th and sex that day or several days preceding was when you caught pregnant. If the ultrasound was just recent there may be a week of inaccuracy in those figures. Due date figures to June 13th.
