Condom Came Off PLEASE Answer

I Was on my period! Yes I know its gross you dont have to remind me! But we had been drinking! Well he came and when he pulled out the condom was gone, we looked all over the bed and finally we looked inside me....way way up there we found it wadded up almost to wear I would have to go to the emergency room to get it out, but we got it. There was little liquid in it so Im worried I might be preg. Is there anyway that the wadded up condom prevented sperm from traveling to its destination? Remember I was on my period! Please help me!
