i have always heard that at that time you have a better chance at becoming pregnant because everything is all out of whack

yes you can get pregnant, especially in the mid cycle of your period. so no dont go having s_x, and by the way,..its gross! why would you want a guy seeing you down there all messy and bloody? no more s_x. im sure he can wait a week or so ..
