my grandmother is from the philipines. she taught all 8 ( yes8 ) of her kids this recipie. my mom taught me. 2 bags of coleslaw mix ( shrdded cabbage and carrots) 1 bag of fresh bean sprouts 4 chopped celerey stocks 1 pound of cooked deviened shrimps chopped 1 pound of cooked pork ( i cook both in pan with soysauce and garlic and pepper) 2 packages of egg roll wrappers 1 egg start of by adding your cooked meats in a big stew pan. add both bags of coleslaw mix. sprinkle soy sause garlic and pepper on top of mix. the cabbage will take up most of the pan but will cook down alot. put on medium heat for about 15 mins. mix all mixture together add some more soysauce- carefull its salty- add the bean sprouts. let cook approximately 15-20 mins. after the veggies are tender - not mushy- remove from heat. Drain. let cool. put your egg in a little bowl- this is used to seal the eggrolls. take one eggroll wrapper at a time with the corner pointing towards you. add a little mixture long ways- carecull not to overlaod cause wrappers will tear. fold in corners first. roll over once making sure that it is fairly tight. dip finger in egg and cover the other pointed end and sides with the egg. contine to roll. after youve finished rolling deep fry. be very carefull because tends to splatter! i hope you enjoy!!

Can you freeze these and reheat?

if you want to freeze them you need to lay them flat on a peice of wax paper til they bcome hard and dry because if they are on top of each other they'll stick together and rip when you pull them apart. when frozed just fry them . to reheat cooked ones- i put my oven on 400 and back them for about 5 mins and they'll become crispy again. tell me if you tryi it!

after they become dry then you can put them in freezer bags!

I'll copy the recipe - maybe I can try it for a potluck or something - my dh won't get near an egg roll. ha ha
