Could I Be Further Along Or Am I Pregnant With Multiples

I just found out that I am pregnant on 2-11-04. I used the BBT chart and also I used the fertility drug clomid. My first blood test showed a hcg count of 325, 4 days later my hcg showed a count of 2,149, and 7 days later it had a result of 13,780. I am already feeling movement and different little pains and sensations, and sometimes I experience nausea and dry throat. Please tell me what your thoughts are.
